Of the two sparkling skin contact wines from Croci, this one is the more expressive one. Still done with 10-15 days of maceration, but in this cuvee it is mostly Malvasia with some Trebbiano & Otrugo thrown in there. Tons of aromatics on the nose, and ripe pineapple on the palate.
