"The domaine de l'Antenet was established in 1983 as my grand-father and father moved away from the cooperative to become the first organic estate of the Cahors Appellation. My family has always been working with wild yeast, with a slight addition of sulphur at bottling (about 10 mg). Later on in 2002 my father decided to completely stop the use of sulphur before bottling, and this has been going on for 2 decades now. I am very excited to follow their footsteps after my father retirement in 2022, and hope that I will give you as much enjoyment as he did for a long while now." -Raw Wine
