"Sebastien Agelet previously sold his family's grapes to the local co-op until 2012 when he decided to take matters into his own hands. He is situated in the Hautes Corbières region of Roussillon where it is hot and dry but strong winds from the Pyrenees help retain freshness and acidity in the grapes. His wines are precise but full of life and energy.
