En Remilly is among the most storied crus for Chardonnay in France. This one is made with no additions and comes from the parcel Dominique (re)planted in the 80s. While the Pulignys of Renaud Boyer come to mind, this wine basically has no comparison in Burgundy. A beautiful wine for a meal this winter.
