"We are located in Rovolon in the province of Padua. Azienda Agricola Fasolo Paolo Paolo was founded by Alberto Buratti’s grandfather in 1972 in the Colli Euganei Natural Park: 4.5 hectares of property, 3 of which are planted with vines and the rest with olive trees and woodland.

The varieties present are Glera, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Corbinello, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot aged between 15 and 25 years.
The soils are mostly on the north side of the hills characterized by steep slopes and marly limestone soils (Biancone and red flake )
Since 2019 we have been working exclusively organically in the field and in the winery we work only with estate grapes, with spontaneous fermentations in the absence of sulfur dioxide, only grape juice.

“From 2019 I started experimenting with a few tanks thanks also to the help of my uncle Marco Buratti (Farnea farm). The first real vintage is 2020, in which I produced 3 cuvèe: a re-fermented Glera, a Cabernet Franc in carbonic and a re-fermented Corbinello.” - Alberto (the winemaker)

This wine is 100% Cabernet Franc. It's dark with light notes of green bell pepper. It still have plenty of lightness and energy and can be drank chilled.
