An experimental rosé/amber/light red wine based on a rolling fermentation of 9 varieties (everything he works with), throughout the time it took to harvest. Called ‘Verano’ because it drinks like summer: bright acid, fleshy strawberries, lightly herbaceous, pink grapefruit.
