"The original vines that came with the property. Planted in equal parts to white grenache and macabeo. 2 days of maceration on the grenache. The macabeo was then "infused" whole-cluster in the pressed grenache juice. Exceptionally, in 2020, Alex added a significant load of grapes from "abandoned vines" he encountered on the mountain, which he believes were also macabeo. The result is a traditional Mediterranean orange wine. Alex says that if you pay attention, you can smell the garrigue" -Josh Eubank (The Importer)
