Since 1799 the Domaine Lelarge has been producing grapes for champagne, with only a brief interruption during the first World War. Now, biodynamic under the tutelage of Clemence, who joined the family business in 2012 with the goal of producing wines from all their grapes rather than selling to other Champage houses. They also have bees and various other fruit trees throughout the property. Most of their wine are made in barrel, though they also have amphora for more experimental cuvees.
