The first cuvee that Pete ever made was named after our deceased Black and Tan Coonhound named Hildy. This is the second vintage of the wine and this year it's a rose of 75-100 year old Carignan from Testa vineyards with a 24 hour maceration. It's a truly special wine that isn't to be missed. Subtle and fresh, delicate red fruit. Our friend Sascha Stannard did the label art.
