"The vines are located 700 meters above sea level and the grapes undergo 15 days of maceration.
Nasco is a native grape of Sardinia. It is an ancient vine known already in Roman times. The term Nasco, in dialect "Nuscu" derives from the Latin "Muscus" and indicates the scent of musk that is perceived in the wine after a few years of aging. In modern times, it was in danger of extinction before being rediscovered twenty years ago by Sardinian producers. Widespread in some areas of Sardinia, however, it is mostly cultivated in the province of Cagliari. Nasco stands out for its aromaticity, the main characteristic that has led to its re-enhancement." - translated from Unconventional Wine
