Highly perfumed and delicate wine. Brimming with interest and energy. Very focused and detailed on the palate. A truly unique wine.

If your familiar with the Brutal Rosé from last years release (2019) then you will be familiar with this wine. 100 % Shcioppettino, 100% stainless steel.

Slightly cleaner/ lighter (in colour) than the Brutal version due to the season and the subsequent fruit. And also due to the fact this wine was racked twice as opposed to being bottled off gross lees." - the winemaker
