Susanna Diamanti is located just outside the city of Bologna, Italy. On her domaine she makes honey, olive oil, and wines mostly from Grechetto Gentile and Pignoletto. In this case, she's make a bright and tart sparkling rose from Pignoletto (meaning 'pine cone' in Italian) and Cabernet Sauvignon. This is truly a summer slammer to be enjoyed poolside or in the park.
