Feijoa (a type of guava) cider from Mary's Orchard in Correlitos, CA. Picked 12/8/20 by hand and crush also by hand (hard work) with a 2 week maceration. Pressed and raised in stainless steel.

A very special cider made by an old friend do incredibly creative stuff with CA fruits of all kinds. Riley thinks about "wine" in a broad way -- one that is not based in an often all too limited perspective that only European wine grapes make wine. This is his second vintage.
