Please join us for Wine Class from 5-7 PM (select your date below). In this session, we'll be covering the basics -- what do we mean when we say "natural wine" and why does it matter? Wine Class is a way to share our knowledge of natural wine without the attitude or judgement that often characterizes wine education.

We will go through the steps of winemaking, from farming the grapes to bottling the wine. Using these parameters, we'll talk about what differentiates conventional and natural winemaking, and what it means in the greater context of the environment, labor, and health.

This is a welcoming place for anyone who has questions, who wants dive a little deeper in the world of low-intervention, zero/zero winemaking, and anyone who likes good wine and an inclusive and friendly learning experience. Attendees will also receive a notebook for tasting notes and a 10% discount on day-of in-store purchases of wine & flowers.

Each session will be limited in size to facilitate conversation amongst attendees and the teacher (Tali MacAdams, owner of Heaven's Market).
