A unique oxidative wine, scents of rose and spices, with Jurançon oxidative notes. The palate is intense, aromas of bitter orange peel, a long saline finish. The Gewurztraminer is skin-macerated, while the Savagnin is vinified sous-voile and aged in 250L oak barrels for 7 years.
