Christophe is a unique winemaker in that his space meets the bucolic dreamscape of what natural winemaking might evoke. His tiny cellar stands next to a crumbling stone house in a field of grasses, next to the vineyards. He’s eccentric, kind, and steadfast. He has the hands of someone works tirelessly, as a true farmer does.

Ormeaux is 100% Gamay from the Loire Valley that drinks like a peppery Cab Franc relative. Light but with more prickly blue and purple fruit and not what you'd call juicy.
