Syrah from Poor Ranch's (Hopland, Mendocino) first pick of the 2021 season. The Syrah went through 6 day carbonic maceration and then was footred and did another 10 days of maceration. The wine is lightly tannic with some vanillin notes and plenty of booze, 15%, to get you there. Don't be scared to share this with your parents
