This wine was Manuel's first dry red and is named after his mule Ullamp, whom you can spot on the label. Grapes are manually destemmed, then foot trodden in open vats while live music is played.

The bottles are blown by a local artisan to order; unique in detail and shape, each is piece of art in its own right. Everything is bottled manually, one bottle at a time with custom corks to fit these one of a kind bottles.
